Sharjah Islamic Bank Offers Services On Fridays At Mega Mall, Mall Of The Emirates And City Centre Mirdif

Sharjah Islamic Bank recently started offering customers banking services on Fridays.  This service, which is available in three branches on all days of the week is accessible at Mega Mall, Mall of the Emirates and City Centre Mirdif, where these branches provide all the different banking services and facilities. As a pioneering initiative provided by the bank to its customers in the context of its keenness to provide innovative banking services at times convenient to them.

According to the new service initiative, Sharjah Islamic Bank adopted new appointments during the Friday holiday to serve its customers in the three branches. Starting from 3 pm and continuing until 9 pm, the service reflects the bank’s guarantee to serve its customers and meet their financial requirements while fitting around their working life.

Wider choice and added value for customers

Nabil Abou Alwan, Head of Retail Banking at SIB said: “This step represents an important achievement and comes within the bank’s commitment to continue enhancing its services as a way to provide more convenience and added value to customers. As part of our endeavour towards innovation and following best practices, this initiative will enhance communication and consolidate our existing relationships with customers by giving them wider options for banking on all days of the week, including Friday. ”

He added, “Our branch network and all channels of providing our banking services constitute a fundamental focus in our efforts to establish partnerships with customers to achieve excellence within the framework of rapid digital development. We will continue implementing initiatives to meet customer expectations in accordance with the highest banking standards.”

Apply the strategy of near-presence to customers

Sharjah Islamic Bank seeks to implement the strategy of being close to its customers and meeting their banking needs.
